BIM Platform
Having a smart design environment for data exchange is a powerful mean to reduce inefficiencies and risks. This becomes mandatory in an industrialised renovation, where a very precise design process is fundamental. INFINITE BIM platform will allow to keep a tailor-made design and will provide users with a valid decision-support tool to help them select the industrialised solutions. It will increase the efficiency of production and improve the performances of envelope and building.
The platform will be an adaptable and fully interoperable Common Data Environment (CDE) with dedicated interfaces and capabilities. It will enable data exchange with connected tools to provide better coordination among users and along the process phases.
INFINITE BIM platform will include the following plugins:
- LCC and LCA plugin – to optimise resources along the life cycle of a product, reduce negative impacts and risks and maximise positive effects.
- Energy and comfort performance plugin – to provide the designers with an optimised configuration of the all-in envelope kit, considering the interaction between energy demand, production from available renewable energy sources and comfort of the occupants.
- Installation, O&M plugin – to help installers, facility managers and practitioners operate correctly and in time during the installation and O&M phases.
