Off-site renovation discussed in Bologna
Around 60 professionals took part in the technical seminar “Soluzioni per riqualificazioni innovative con tecnologie off-site, prestazionali, sicure e sostenibili”, hosted by the Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Bologna.
This event featured the presentation of INFINITE approach to industrialised building renovation, with the contributions of:
- Marco Dal Mas (EDERA) presented the Energiesprong approach for fast, safe and scalable renovation
- Graziano Salvalai (Politecnico di Milano) discussed off-site as a new technological paradigm
- Francesco Floridi (ROCKWOOL Italia) addressed high-performance envelope solutions
- Diego Tamburrini (Eurac Research) presented the INFINITE project and its integrated industrialised solutions
- Gabriele Zini (Fanti Legnami) shared insights from the Italian demonstration case in Greve in Chianti
The discussion highlighted how prefabrication, system integration, and collaboration across the value chain are already enabling faster and more replicable deep renovation.
