BIM, off-site and deep renovation: thank you Torino
Taking part in the One Team BIM Conference Torino 2026 was a great opportunity to discuss the evolution of industrialised renovation and digital workflows, to enable scalable deep retrofit.
The programme of the event brought together complementary perspectives, with an afternoon session dedicated to innovation in renovation and digital transformation through the European projects INFINITE and INTEGRATES.
- Davide Madeddu (One Team)
Research and innovation in Horizon Europe & digital applications for industrialised retrofit - Diego Tamburrini (Eurac Research)
INFINITE: deep renovation with industrialised multifunctional solutions - Gabriele Zini (ZGAArchitettura and FANTI collaborator) – Multifunctional façades in Greve in Chianti, lessons from the Italian demo
- Marco Cucuzza (EDERA)
Off-site and modular construction for renovation and new buildings - Marco Savino Piscitelli (Politecnico di Torino)
AI and Knowledge Graphs for efficient and sustainable building transformation
The session concluded with a round table on digital transformation and new construction processes, involving One Team, Eurac Research, ZGAArchitettura, EDERA and Politecnico di Torino.
A sincere thank you to One Team for the organisation and for creating a space where research, industry, and digital innovation could meet in practice!
