BIM, off-site and deep renovation: thank you Torino

We were pleased to take part in the One Team BIM Conference Torino 2026, where the afternoon session was dedicated to innovation in renovation and digital transformation through the European projects INFINITE and INTEGRATES.
The programme brought together complementary perspectives:

  Off-site and modular construction for renovation and new buildings
• Marco Savino Piscitelli (Politecnico di Torino)
  AI and Knowledge Graphs for efficient and sustainable building transformation

The session concluded with a round table on digital transformation and new construction processes, involving One Team, Eurac Research, ZGAArchitettura, EDERA and Politecnico di Torino.

The discussion confirmed that industrialised renovation and digital workflows must evolve together to manage complexity and enable scalable deep retrofit.
