Innovate, Experiment, Transform
The second Offsite Renovation Academy will be held in Paris on Tuesday 3rd February 2026, thanks to the collaboration with Energiesprong France, Ressorts, Bouygues Construction, Edera and Eurac Research.
With the title “Innovate, Experiment, Transform. Collaboration Driving Large-Scale Zero-Emission Renovation” it will be an immersive experience combining learning, sharing of insights, and discussions on innovation in the offsite renovation sector.
One of the highlights will be the demonstration of a prototype façade on a modular building, incorporating ATEX-certified BIPV. There will be also a presentation of Scale One, a hybrid space between a construction site and a laboratory dedicated to experimenting with innovative construction methods.

- Welcome coffee
- Introduction: why is innovation in renovation necessary in light of the new European objectives?
- Feedback from two real-life demonstrators from the INFINITE project and a French model, focusing on integrated physical and digital technologies
- Scaling up and replication: the case of Energiesprong
- How can we accelerate the adoption of innovation? The need for cooperation models between actors in the value chain and for R&D and testing spaces before scaling up to construction sites
- Networking lunch
- Tour of the pilot project and presentation of Scale One and the entire ATEX process
- Interactive session
The Offsite Renovation Academy is free of charge and will be held in French, with some presentation in English.
