Innovate, Experiment, Transform
The second Offsite Renovation Academy will be held in Paris on Tuesday 3rd February 2026, thanks to the collaboration with Energiesprong France, Ressorts, Bouygues Construction, Edera and Eurac Research.
With the title “Innovate, Experiment, Transform. Collaboration Driving Large-Scale Zero-Emission Renovation” it will be an immersive experience combining learning, sharing of insights, and discussions on innovation in the offsite renovation sector.
One of the highlights will be the demonstration of a prototype façade on a modular building, incorporating ATEX-certified BIPV. There will be also a presentation of Scale One, a hybrid space between a construction site and a laboratory dedicated to experimenting with innovative construction methods.
